Bring revolution in education
(An open letter to the District Education Officer Charikot, Dolakha)

The district education office and the officer,
How do you make the schools educationally richer?
It is needless to say that Nepal is backward,
Doesn't the modern time suggest to go forward?
Looking at the people and countries progressing fast,
Why educationally Nepal seems always last?
Is Nepal bad as you seem to be sad,
 Or the system is bad if you do another add?
What makes you unable for your work flow,
 That you always give schools systematic blow?

 Why are you here in the district office,
Being only in the office what you accomplish?
Are you the remote control of all schools,
You always follow and circulate central rules?
Do you never ever think of education,
Bridging the Ministry with school emulation?
Who makes the district policy, school or centre,
Or is the DEO office the educational mentor?
The District Education office the most academic,
Why are you only economic and workingly sick?
You may say that Nepal everywhere is corrupted,
 So that you cannot develop your progressive set;
Yes, every Nepali talks of corruption and mal function,
They have the habit of joining with smuggling junction;
But, why do people fall in the smuggling task,
 Lay people will answer you if you them ask.
You cannot always blame the system,
Rituals, traditions and the custom.
It is mainly your fault for educational halt,
You neglect the field work, who bears the insult?
You are representing the government and Ministry,
Why are you only recalling the traditional history?
Many questions are put forward to you,
Which might attack you like cancerous flu;
But answering these questions you might be free,
Free of the mental diseases growing as a tree;
With roots going deeper and the shoots taller,
Always throwing out the ball as an ill footballer.
You are highly academic as you're supposed to be,
You must be able to grow the district tree;
 The tree of education supervised and guided,
With laborious inspection DEO office led;
You must have sufficient efficient officials,
To plough the school fields the culture initials.
Visit the schools, check the classroom teaching,
The things going well and the things cheating breaching.
There are many things that you can correct,
Your timely and honest correction with intellect;
Can bring a lot of desirable changes,
Your regular work will reduce many challenges.
Why are you so careless that you neglect your duty,
The main duty of progressing the schools' beauty;
You are ever expected to increase your quality,
With your better quality develop the equality;
That every school must have the same standard,
Educating all children as from the raw mud.
Advocate not only the financial budget,
Visiting the schools necessary subsidy allocate.
You don't have to attend the unessential meetings,
You have to feel the schools' educational beatings.
You must know the meaning of democracy;
Rising above from the rotten bureaucracy.
For the budget you allocate you take commission,
For such commission who gives you permission?
Doesn't the government give you enough allowance,
For your necessary field work romance?
For your field work why do you bargain schools,
Rather than demanding from governing tools?
Let the budget given be spent in school;
Do not make the commission taking rule.
Your concept of developing schools through resource centre,
The centres are creating mal functioning horror.
You have no visualization of what centres do,
You only stick to the commissioning glue.
With wide discussion bring change in the concept,
Only one school as a centre cannot be kept.
The centre must be changed rotationally,
The centre as a running cup distinct vocationally.
The main motto of your duty is to change schools,
For nation's progress make them work as better tools.
If you do your expected duty sincerely,
The schools will have better quality clearly.
It is you who must think of the process,
The educational process with your placial face.
You change your faces with changing places,
Losing your constant values how you run the races?
Teachers are your sources utilize them properly,
 They are the vast ocean of knowledge, think early;
You are supposed to scan the qualities,
The quality teachers will your daily task ease.
As an inspector, supervisor and the facilitator,
The quality teachers will push you upper better.
If you are honest and hardworking definitely,
The teachers can qualify themselves infinitely.
Your school supervisors must spend at least three days,
In a school observing and feeding back rays.
Schools provide them food and shelter you have to pay,
Their field work allowance, have your say.
As educator you're supposed to plough schools,
Break lumps as problems creating innovative rules;
Level and pulverise the school field,
Irrigate and weed out for productive yield.
Your honest work will pay high to the nation,
Schools will follow you for national formation.
Through honest work you can develop immense power,
You'll be illustrious leader the schools then flower.
Your practical illustration will make teachers industrious,
Each to each cooperative they will be laborious.
You must know that the leader is always greater,
As you are the district leader who must be better.
You mustn't misunderstand you great by post,
Only your work makes you the greater most.
The awareness for honest regular work,
When comes you become untiring for rework;
You must know that education is a continuous process,
You have not only to guess but do the research fresh.
When you really start, the time won't be late,
Your conscious work will ultimately meet the target.
Let us bet if you do not believe it,
Joining our better hands let us for the work sit.
